One of the high end salon styling tools around, the Super Solano hair dryer is one of the reliable brand of hair dryers in the market. Let this post provide an honest review of this popular Super Solano hairdryer. Although I truly recommend it, there are some things about this dryer (which you will find out in this review) that you need to be aware of.
This hair dryer is actually Italian made and is featured in InStyle Magazine as April 2006’s Best of Buys. It also has positive reviews everywhere from print to online authorities. Because it is on the high end of the spectrum, it comes with it a hefty price tag. Rest assured though that you get your money’s worth.
The first positive feature of this Super Solano blow dryer is its large 1875 watt AC motor, one of the most powerful in its class. We all know a large AC motor is the key to drying hair effectively and quickly.
Another feature that is getting attention is its five temperature settings coupled with two speed settings. You also get a cold-shot button, which is a great bonus.
It has also great additions to the blower. You have 2 types of concentrator nozzles: the metal nozzle and the fiberglass. It also features a washable and removable air filter.
Although quite balanced overall, the weight is one of the complaints with this dryer. It actually weighs roughly 3 pounds. The other complaint with the Super Solano is that it does not come with a diffuser. Although you can purchase the diffuser separately, I think this package deserves to include the diffuser, particularly at this price.
In summary, I think my verdict is that this blow dryer is still a bestseller and a personal favorite. As far as styling results are concerned, it can offer the best result compared to its close competitions. Even with a few complaints, I think that it is well worth the high price.
